Job Title: Financial Accountant with Italian Language Skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and commercial finance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, trial balances, and profit & loss analysis. They will also manage general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close. Additionally, they will handle payroll accounting, VAT, corporation tax, and other statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, trial balances, and profit & loss analysis">
  • Manage general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close">
  • Handle payroll accounting, VAT, corporation tax, and other statutory filings">
  • Support KPI reporting, budgeting, and financial statement preparation">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, commercial, and operations">
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements">
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to finance transformation projects">
  • Liaise with international finance teams across EMEA">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • ">
  • A part-qualified accountant qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)">
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in GL accounting, financial reporting, or commercial finance">
  • Fluency in Italian and English">
  • Strong Excel and ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)">
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills">
