Reperio has partnered with a company seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the delivery, resilience, and compliance of IT infrastructure services. This role spans both on-premises and cloud environments, offering the opportunity to lead critical infrastructure initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Lead infrastructure operations and ensure high availability across systemsManage disaster recovery and business continuity planningOversee Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, backups, and storageEnsure regulatory compliance through effective controls and documentationManage third-party vendors and service providers

Requirements:

5+ years in IT infrastructure within financial services or regulated industriesStrong technical expertise in M365, backup solutions, networks, and storageExperience with vendor management and regulatory complianceExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
