Our client, a fast-growing broadband and telecommunications provider, is looking to expand their field team with motivated, customer-focused professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that prides itself on delivering high-speed connectivity and exceptional service to both residential and business customers.

As a Field Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving business, engaging with customers face-to-face, and ensuring a smooth journey from first contact through to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with potential residential and business customers.Present and sell tailored broadband and telecom solutions.Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless onboarding.Consistently achieve targets and KPIs.Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 18 months’ customer-facing sales experience (field sales, retail, door-to-door, or similar).Experience or knowledge of broadband installation and/or telecommunications is highly desirable.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, confident, and resilient.A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must.
