Our innovative ad solutions leverage state-of-the-art technology and data-driven insights to help companies build brand awareness, boost sales, and achieve their marketing goals.The Role:As an Agency Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our European expansion, managing high-profile accounts and driving revenue growth. This is your chance to work with one of the fastest-growing players in social media, backed by a global professional services leader.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing high-value accounts- Drive revenue retention and expansion within your client base- Develop a deep understanding of our partners' businesses and tailor solutions to their needs- Stay ahead of online marketing trends and apply insights to client strategies- Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts, including entering campaign goals (KPIs)Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in AdTech campaign management and sales/account management- Agency experience is a must- Proven track record in client relationship management- Strong knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal- Professional proficiency in Dutch, German, or French- Fluency in English is essential- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and presentation software- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving- Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to adapt quickly- Tech-savvy with a passion for innovative online technologies- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skillsWhat We OfferHybrid Work Model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.Monday to Friday ScheduleHealth InsuranceSalary: €53, per year OTE (38k gross per annum + 15k commission)Join us in celebrating success and driving innovation in the exciting world of digital marketing.
