Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator (3-5 years) with hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ to support and enhance our global Salesforce platform. You'll partner closely with business stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to maintain a best-in-class CRM environment that supports Trulioo's rapid expansion. What you'll be doing: Serve as primary administrator for Trulioo's Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. Own daily configuration, user management, permissions, profiles, roles, page layouts, record types, reports & dashboards. Monitor system performance and data quality, performing regular audits and cleanse activities. Support and optimize Salesforce CPQ processes (products, bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, approvals). Gather requirements from business stakeholders; translate process needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Design and deliver declarative automations including Flows, validation rules, and approval processes. Partner with RevOps and IT on system integrations and data migrations. Document changes and maintain best practices around release management and change control. Provide end-user training and support to help drive system adoption. You have: 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting Sales Cloud. Strong practical expertise in Salesforce CPQ (at least 1-2 years hands-on). Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification required; CPQ Specialist a plus. Skilled in developing Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Lightning pages. Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and sharing. Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional SaaS environment preferred.
