Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Eastwall, DublinOffice/Project Location: Eastwall, DublinEmployment Type: Permanent Work Location: Office based / Site Based Pay: 55k - 70kExperience: 6+ YearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur Client is a leading engineering consultancy based in Dublin city centre, offering engineering design, project management and construction related safety and health services on large scale commerical projects.Responsible for the design and implementation of electrical building services installations on buildings projectsEnsure that building services are coordinated within themselves, and with other building activities and installationsEnsure all required approvals (statutory, regulatory, client and company) are in place as and when requiredEnsure that specialist electrical sub-contractors work strictly complies with Safety Management systemAssist in ensuring that the M&E contractors provide and adhere to a fully resourced programme that meets the requirements of the overall scheduleMonitor, co-ordinate and control the flow of Building Services design information to ensure the timely release of information for construction activitiesReview design information and advise of any design shortfallsEnsure information released to subcontractors is in line with the specification/ contractEnsure designs and details produced are economic and do not exceed budgets and comply with agreed quality expectationsEnsure designs are validated on completion of the worksPlan, witness and record activities required as part of the agreed and approved testing and commissioning processRequirements:Level 8 Degree in Electrical Engineering/Energy SystemMin 6 years’ experience Electrical Services Design rolesPrevious experience on large scale commercial and industrial building projects Excellent communication, presentation and people management skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & ProjectPackageExcellent salary depending on level of experience. 55k - 70kPermanent Staff Role with great career development
