Reporting To: Chief Information Security Officer
Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced IT Security Officer to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of robust security solutions to safeguard systems, networks, and data. This role plays a key part in incident response, risk management, and security awareness efforts within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineer, implement and monitor security measures on the systems, network and informationIdentify and define system security requirementsSupport the design of security architecture and implement controls.Define and maintain system security standards and documentation.Develop and maintain tools to address vulnerabilities and automate security tasks.Lead and participate in incident response and investigation activities.Deliver training and awareness programs for technical teams and leadership.Requirements:
5+ years in information security or security engineering roles.CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications.Strong expertise in windows environment, Azure/O365 security and DLP tools, additional certifications/ qualifications is an advantageFamiliarity with PCI, DORA, EIOPA, and ISO27001 standards.Experience with scripting, database/ OS security, and cloud-based infrastructure (Azure is preferred)Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience working with 3rd party vendors.
