About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced CRM & CLM Team Manager to lead and oversee our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) operations. This role requires a strategic leader with strong data-driven campaign execution experience, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to drive results while ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Proven experience leading and managing CRM or CLM teams.
  • Ability to maintain team morale, ensure smooth project execution, and provide operational oversight.
  • Experience in guiding teams through periods of transition or change.

Strategic Execution:

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, with hands-on experience in executing data-driven campaigns.
  • Ability to align team efforts with established strategies, ensuring business continuity without redefining direction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Experience working with diverse teams like Marketing, Loyalty, Data, Analytics, and Tech.
  • Ability to act as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment across functions.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance, track KPIs, and leverage insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting tools and the ability to translate data insights into actionable outcomes.

Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of automation and personalization in lifecycle management, ensuring technical continuity.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Capacity to represent the CLM function in leadership meetings and maintain visibility on ongoing projects.

Compliance Awareness:

  • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance in all lifecycle initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and managing CRM or CLM teams.
  • Strong background in executing customer lifecycle campaigns with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of GDPR and compliance requirements in lifecycle management.
