This very popular four star hotel is currently recruiting a Reception Manager to oversee the management of the Front Office team and ensure a second-to-none guest experience. The role is responsible for all reception duties, maintaining top standards of guest service and offering a genuine, warm welcome at all times to each guest.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and motivate the Front Office team Guest check in and out Oversee departmental floats Ensure accurate shift hand-overs Ensure comprehensive staff training as per company policy Assist with recruitment & selection process

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience as Reception / Front Office Manager in a similar 4*/ 5* property. Further candidate attributes include:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Ability to cope well under pressure Flexible, adaptable and approachable Able to lead by example Good command of English Language, written and verbal
