Job description Patient Services Administrator - Hybrid - €34k - Dublin 12At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking to recruit a Patient Services Administrator to take up a full-time, permanent role with a growing team located in Dublin 12.If you are pro-active by nature, passionate about healthcare administration, can multi-task with ease and will bring existing skills in medical administration to add value to our growing team, then we would want to hear from youThis permanent position will offer a salary of €32,000 - €34,000, a generous bonus scheme, excellent benefits and a flexible hybrid working model (3 days working from home per week).Key responsibilities will include:Provide support to clinical sales and nurse teamsProcessing patient assessment formsSchedule diagnostic clinics and patient set upsTeam diary managementWorking to daily KPI'sMonthly reporting of KPI's and appointments to be carried out and maintainedMaintaining and updating patient records CRM databaseCreate greater efficiencies with current workflow practicesLarge key accounts responsibility solely for appointmentsProvide comprehensive solutions to patient queriesWorking to month end deadlines & KPI'sManage incoming post; sort and ensure distribution to each departmentInterested candidates must meet the following requirements:2 years of customer service experience ideally gained in a healthcare related settingExcellent interpersonal skillsProven attention to detail and follow throughTime management and organisational skillsKnowledge of CRM systemsComputer literate in Microsoft officeSAP experience an advantageSelf-starter/Demonstrates initiativeOpen and receptive communication skillsOutgoing and positive attitude to customers and colleaguesAbility to deal with several tasks at once, is able to adapt to most situationsAn attitude of teamworkIf you are someone with an ability to get things done, and are seeking a challenging, varied role in a supportive working environment, this could be your next job
