Your new company Your new company is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join their growing team. This is a pivotal support role within the company, providing essential administrative assistance to both office and site teams to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilitiesProvide administrative support to office staff, site managers, and project teams.Manage and maintain documentation, records, and filing systems in accordance with company standards.Support the implementation and maintenance of internal systems and administrative controls.Liaise with site teams to ensure timely collection and processing of project-related information.Assist with general office duties and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within the construction or engineering sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What you'll get in return This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a reputable and expanding organisation within the civil engineering industry.
