The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Field Sales Representative to join the growing sales team in Kerry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a territory, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and winning new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across a designated territoryActively seek out new opportunities to increase sales within key industry sectorsProvide customers with expert advice on a wide range of professional-grade products and solutionsWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales supportStay informed on market trends and competitor activity to support strategic growthPromote the use of online tools and digital solutions to enhance the customer experienceMeet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metricsWhat We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in field-based sales, ideally within trade, industrial, or technical environmentsStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHighly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independentlyCommercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutionsFull clean driving licence and willingness to travel daily within your assigned regionExperience in construction, engineering, automotive, maintenance, or similar industries is an advantageWhat’s on Offer:
