This role offers hands-on technical involvement, career progression, and the chance to move into a leadership position in the coming years.The Opportunity As a Senior Chemical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving production performance. You’ll monitor process chemistry, support plant operations, and drive improvements in product consistency and process efficiency.This position suits someone ambitious, technically strong, and eager to develop toward Production Management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to production and maintenance teams.Monitor chemical and process parameters to maintain a consistent, stable product.Analyse process performance, including heat transfer, mass balances, and design efficiency.Support kiln performance, quality control, and troubleshooting.Lead or assist with process improvement and commissioning projects.Manage contractors on specific site jobs or during shutdowns.Contribute to health, safety, and environmental standards across operations.What You’ll NeedDegree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline3–4+ years’ relevant industrial experience (cement, minerals, process, or heavy manufacturing ideal)Strong technical and analytical skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesProven problem-solving and project management skillsAmbition to progress into a leadership roleWhy Apply This is a stable, progressive role offering long-term career growth within a global manufacturing group.
