CSA Project Engineer - Consultancy – Pharma - Cork Office/Project Location: Douglas, CorkEmployment Type: Permanent staff or long term contract hourly rates optionsWork Location: Site BasedPay: €50K - €75K dependent on experience and qualifications Experience: 3+ yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client are a Consulting Engineering independent firm with over 30 years experience.The practice has maintained a reputation for high quality service over a wide range of projects up to €30m in value and to a large client group, including Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Local Authorities and private clients. They provide clients with full Project Management and Engineering of all project stages, including feasibility, schedule, conception, planning, fire safety, detailed design, safety, PSDP, tendering, construction management, cost control and handover. Requirements3+ years experience working as a CSA Project Engineer ideally with pharmaceutical / industrial experienceQualifications - Civil, Structural or ArchitecturalHave an understanding of construction techniques, sequences of work, Building Regulations and an up-to-date knowledge of productsAn ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment and an ability to produce accurate work to strict project deadlines.Self-motivated.Must be able to plan, organize and implement concurrent tasks and projects.Health & Safety awareness and trainingExperience of preparing Contract documents and Project Management would be an advantage.Experience of inspecting construction works.Perform work in compliance with Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and team working skills.Flexible and enthusiasticAttention to detail and accuracyExperience of pharmaceutical/industrial projects would be an advantagePackage€50K - €75K dependent on experience and qualifications
