What You'll Be Doing:


As our Key Supervisor, you're not just a Supervisor; you're a captain of style, a master of customer delight, and a guardian of store secrets Your mission includes:

 

  • Ensuring the store opens and closes in style each day.
  • Rocking the branded customer experience, making our shoppers' day while managing the nitty-gritty of sales, merchandising, and all that jazz.
  • Keeping an eagle eye on store security - you're the superhero of the security system
  • Helping our customers find their perfect pair of shoes and other fab accessories.
  • Giving the store cashiers a high-five when things get busy - motivate and support your team
  • Teaming up with the crew to hit those sales goals out of the park.
  • Unleashing your inner fashionista to promote our accessories and apparel too
  • Being the mastermind behind improving store performance and boosting those sales.
  • Making the store look absolutely fabulous with your merchandising magic.
