Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-quality service to all guests at all times.
  • Promote strong customer relations within the team.
  • Motivate and encourage teamwork among the Front Office team.
  • Stay fully informed on hotel services, standards, and available packages.
  • Keep up to date with daily hotel operations and communicate updates to other departments.
  • Help achieve occupancy, sales, and revenue targets.
  • Ensure Front Office team members maintain high standards.
  • Oversee daily Front Office administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and follow up as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel health and safety regulations.
  • In the absence of the Front Office Manager, ensure smooth department operations and accurate reporting.


The ideal candidate:

  • Will have at least two years experience of working as a Senior receptionist in a hotel.
  • Be proficient in IT and Previous experience with Hotsoft is advantageous.
  • Must possess a positive outlook and a can do attitude.
  • Excellent communication, telephone manner, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends, as required.
  • Have a passion for their role within the Hotel and take pride their professional presentation
  • Be capable of excellent upselling of all areas of the Hotel from the front office
  • Be Guest focused, and have the ability to handle queries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Have fluent English both verbal and written. 
  • Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.
