Receptionist & Front of House Management

CREGG is delighted to be seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join a well-known solicitors based in Limerick. As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates should be able to manage a busy switchboard with high call volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage a busy switchboard, handling multiple ingoing and outgoing calls.
- Handle desk activities, including correspondence, emails, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure security procedures are followed, including managing visitor logs and issuing passes.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- A professional and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
