Front Desk Director

Richard Lynch Consulting Limited is recruiting a customer experience lead to join our team in Co Kerry. The successful candidate will oversee the front desk, concierge, and guest services teams, ensuring seamless interactions between departments and hotel management.

Key responsibilities:- Coordinate daily operations of Front Desk, Day Porters, Guest Relations and Concierge.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgets and costs associated with front-of-house operations.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
