One of the fastest-growing SaaS companies is hiring enthusiastic, German-speaking sales professional to join their Partner Specialist team in the heart of Dublin.

In this role, you'll source, activate, and onboard new partners, helping them unlock growth opportunities for their clients and themselves.

This role is perfect if you're passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and supporting partners in a fast-paced SaaS/e-commerce environment.

What you'll do:

Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential partnersEducate and train partners on available tools and resourcesNurture early-stage relationships to ensure engagement and successSurface new business opportunities for the sales teamCollaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Sales for a seamless partner experienceTravel up to 25% across Germany and Europe for partner meetings and events

What we're looking for

Fluency in German and EnglishIdeally you have some experience in sales, account management or any role that entails building relationships with customers or stakeholdersStrong organizational skills to manage multiple partner relationshipsStrong communication skills and a proactive attitude
