A world-renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking a German-speaking professional to join their Order Management team. No prior experience required – full training will be provided.

About the Role

As a key point of contact for B2B customers, you'll ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time. This position involves a strong administrative focus, so attention to detail is essential.

This is not a typical call centre role – there's no ticketing system. You'll mainly be handling order processing and related tasks, with occasional calls and emails from customers.

We're looking for someone who:

Has strong communication skills in German and EnglishGenuinely enjoys helping othersBrings a can-do attitude, is resourceful, and eager to learnExperience in a fast-paced office or customer-focused environment is a plus, but not essential

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: €32, per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, regular office hours (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm)Hybrid model: 3 days in the office (Dublin 22), 2 days remoteWork from abroad: Up to 6 weeks (30 working days) annually, post-probation (T&Cs apply)
