Setanta Vehicle Sales South Ltd is seeking a dynamic Dealer Principal / Dealer Point Manager / Aftermarket Director to oversee our busy aftermarket operations.
About Us Setanta Vehicle Sales South Ltd is a leading distributor for Dennis Eagle and Terberg commercial vehicles and an authorised Renault Trucks Repairing Dealer.
Our workshop is at the heart of our operations, supporting a large hire fleet and serving a diverse commercial vehicle customer base, with a particular focus on the waste sector.
With a reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction, we are proud to deliver reliable, high-quality services across maintenance, repair, and parts supply.
The Role As the Dealer Principal / Dealer Point Manager / Aftermarket Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of our aftermarket operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer service.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong operational and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team comprising: 16 skilled technicians in a busy workshop environment 6 mobile breakdown vans providing responsive on-the-road support 3 parts team members ensuring seamless parts supply Back-office support team handling administration and customer service Business Operations: Drive the performance and profitability of the workshop and aftermarket business.
Manage service operations, parts supply, and customer support to exceed targets.
Ensure efficient scheduling, quality control, and timely delivery of services.
Monitor and manage KPIs, budgets, and operational targets.
Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Promote a strong health and safety culture within the workshop and mobile operations.
Ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory standards.
About You We are looking for a driven and experienced leader with a proven track record in workshop and aftermarket management.
Essential Requirements: ?
Significant experience in a senior management role within the commercial vehicle or transport sector.

Strong background in workshop and aftermarket operations, including mobile service management.

Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction.

Excellent business acumen with a focus on profitability and cost control.

Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of health and safety compliance within a workshop setting.

Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a focus on service excellence.
