The RoleThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key strategic role in our growing global presence, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across EMEA, USA & APAC.
This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution, requiring a mix of business acumen, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership & HR Strategy Act as a strategic HR partner to the management team, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and scaling best practices across a globally dispersed workforce.Leverage HR data and insights to drive decisions and advise on workforce planning, retention strategies, and talent management.Provide guidance on employment law and best practices, ensuring compliance while balancing business needs.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for designated client groups, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.Apply recruitment best practices, interview techniques, employer branding, and innovative solutions to fill roles with the very best talent.Use market data and workforce analytics to anticipate hiring needs and improve hiring effectiveness.Employee Experience & Engagement Act as a go-to people expert in the Dublin office, ensuring a positive employee experience.Shape employee engagement strategies that enhance retention, well-being, and belonging across all locations.
