As the country's leading timber specialist, we pride ourselves on offering premium, ethically sourced products while ensuring outstanding customer service.
About the Role: As a Trade Sales Advisor, you'll provide expert service to our customers, helping them find the right timber products to suit their needs.
You'll play a key role in boosting branch sales and profitability while promoting Morgans Timber's exceptional range of products.
This role is all about building relationships, offering advice, and delivering a top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsAchieve and exceed sales and margin targetsMaintain a clean and well-merchandised counter areaSupport the Branch Manager and team in ensuring smooth operationsAssist with stock control and liaise with suppliers when neededEnsure adherence to company policies, health and safety guidelines, and security protocolsWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in a busy builders' merchant or similar environmentA proven track record in sales and exceeding targetsSolid knowledge of timber productsStrong communication skills and a passion for customer serviceIT literacy and a positive, team-oriented attitudeWhat's In It For You?
