Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in Vollzeit Turner & Townsend zählt zu den führenden globalen Projektmanagement- und Bauberatungsunternehmen.
Mit einem internationalen Netzwerk aus inzwischen mehr als Mitarbeiter:innen an 228 Niederlassungen in 64 Ländern unterstützen wir private und öffentliche Bauherren und Investoren bei der Steuerung und Realisierung komplexer Bau- und zukunftsorientierter Infrastrukturprojekte.

Im Zuge eines Mergers innerhalb des CBRE Konzerns hat sich die Unternehmensgröße von Turner & Townsend in Österreich verdoppelt und weiteres Wachstum wird angestrebt.
Zur vollumfänglichen HR-Betreuung suchen wir deshalb einen erfahrenen Senior HR Business Partner an unserer Niederlassung in Wien mit ca.
40 Mitarbeitenden.
Die Stelle ist in die HR Organisation der Turner & Townsend GmbH integriert und umfasst bis auf Weiteres auch einzelne übergreifende Aufgabenbereiche für die DACH-Region.

In Ihrem Betreuungsbereich agieren Sie als proaktiver Senior HR Business Partner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter:innen, beraten und unterstützen diese in allen relevanten HR-Themen.
Sie unterstützen die Integration der Merger-Teams und helfen in Ihrer Funktion bei der Entstehung einer neuen, gemeinsamen Firmenkultur.

Sie setzen sämtliche personalrelevante Themen entlang des Employee Lifecycles um, sind verantwortlich für die administrativen Prozesse sowie die Pflege der HR-Systeme und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme und Tools.
Sie sind für die Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von HR-Prozessen, Benefits, Standards und Richtlinien sowie deren Kommunikation in den betreuten Teams verantwortlich.
Sie bereiten die Basis-Daten für die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung vor und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen dem externen Gehaltsabrechnungsbüro und unserer Finanzabteilung.
Sie organisieren und koordinieren standardisierte globale und regionale Prozesse (wie zum Beispiel die jährlichen Mitarbeitergespräche, Gehaltsrunden usw.)
in Ihrem Betreuungsbereich eigenständig und zuverlässig inkl.
aller damit zusammenhängenden administrativen Aufgaben.
Bei der Organisationsentwicklung sowie im Kontext von Veränderungsprozessen bringen Sie Ihre Erfahrung und Fachkenntnisse ein und agieren als strategischer Partner und Impulsgeber.
Sie verfügen im Idealfall über fundierte Erfahrungen in der Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung und der Steuerung und Durchführung von HR-Projekten.
Abgeschlossenes Studium bzw.
gleichwertige Ausbildung mit HR-Spezialisierung.
Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Manager-Funktion.
Hohe Beratungskompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Lösungsorientierung.
Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, prozesshafte Denkweise und selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits- und Kollektivvertragsrecht.
Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für vielfältige Personalthemen und für alle Prozesse des HR-Managements.
Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und einem hohen Maß an Selbstorganisation, Lösungsorientierung sowie Hands-On-Mentalität.
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich der Integration von Mitarbeitern im Zuge von Merger & Acquisition.
