Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns and providing client solutions.4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Search Ads 360 or a similar Search Engine Marketing (SEM) ad tech platform for campaign management and media optimization.Experience in driving new business or account management experience in online advertising, with a focus on Paid Search marketing.Ability to understand and absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.Demonstrated record of reaching and exceeding strategic targets and success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships across internal teams.Ability to communicate in Polish (or another European language) fluently to support client relationships in the EMEA region.About the JobBusinesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes, and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all.

ResponsibilitiesMeet business growth targets and optimize adoption and usage of Search Ads 360 across our customer portfolio.Act as the Google domain expert and chief point of contact for all things programmatic, especially as a product expert in Google Marketing Platforms and Search Ads 360.
Develop, drive, and renew agency partnerships across the organization from account teams to C-level stakeholders.Scope and understand client business needs and challenges.
Lead customer communications, feature prioritization, and resolve client issues, from analysis and research to coordination of resources.Use key optimization levers, like automation and attribution, to drive performance against our client's desired customer business outcomes.Consult agency partners on the adoption of Search Ads 360 technology and best practices to drive search marketing success.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
