Reporting to the Reservations & Revenue Manager, the Reservations Agent will be the main point of contact for our guests.
It is of utmost importance that the reservations department presents a friendly and professional manner at all times.
As a Reservations Agent, you will act as the main point of contact for guests' bookings for bedrooms and car park, dealing with queries and cross-selling of our other properties.
