Your work will keep teams aligned, streamline product messaging, and ensure our customers and internal teams have the right information at the right time to drive success in our ecommerce initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Senior Product Leadership on Product Content Strategy to ensure its efficiency.Support Product Managers in articulating, documenting, and crafting content for the Go-To-Market strategy.Develop shareable content for various use cases including product marketing, sales, and internal communication.Assist Product Owners in detailing and rolling out new product features.Support product training and communication to keep all collaborators informed.Act as a bridge between Product teams and other departments such as Production Support, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Sales.Manage Roadmap Communication & Content based on inputs from Product Management, Design, and Technology teams.Cultivate positive relationships with Product Marketing to ensure content aligns with product value and positioning.Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to build external-facing roadmaps for retailers.Build and publish engaging content across various channels including Marketing, Internal, and Commercial.Own and maintain the ESW Knowledge Centre for Product.RequirementsExperience working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams in a B2B or SaaS environment.Strong understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, product lifecycle, and roadmap communication.Proven ability to create compelling content for internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, customer success, and product marketing.Experience in content management systems, knowledge base platforms, and communication tools.Ability to align content strategies with overarching product goals and market positioning.Ability to work with multiple departments, ensuring streamlined communication between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.Understanding of product features, capabilities, and technical terminology to translate complex concepts into easy-to-digest content.About ESWOur purpose is simple: to create moments that matter between people and the brands they cherish.
