Operations Manager Location: Field based across ROI with particular focus on Dublin and surrounding counties Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our Grounds Maintenance and Winter Maintenance operations in Ireland.
This pivotal role involves managing and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional services to our clients across Ireland.
What you'll do: You'll have the autonomy to drive efficiencies, ensure service excellence, and contribute to our mission of sustainable operations.
This role requires an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the delivery of Grounds Maintenance and Winter Maintenance services across Ireland.Lead, motivate, and develop our contracts managers and our field-based teams to achieve high standards of performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention, particularly with commercial clients in a fast-paced, challenging environment.Collaborate with operational and support teams to optimize service delivery and drive continuous improvement.Create business development opportunities through existing and new clients.Monitor and manage financial performance, including full P&L responsibility.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Line management of direct reports.This role is field-based with a mix of being out on site in the field, working from home, and regularly attending the office in Swords, Dublin (2 times per week) for meetings and collaboration.
