Your responsibilities:Responsible for SoftCo's revenue invoicing process, using our internal sales system and Microsoft Dynamics GP.Responsible for ensuring that all revenue invoices are issued in a timely manner.Respond promptly and effectively to both customer and internal enquiries.Manage the procurement process from a Finance perspective, including procurement of 3rd party software, hardware and associated support.Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested.Provide assistance to the Finance department as requested.Assist with Finance automation projects.Assist in delivering the external audit process requirements.Ensure adherence to company policies at all times.Ad-hoc tasks as required by the business/VP of Finance.Your profile:Previous work experience in a small Finance function.Proficient in Accounting.Comfortable taking ownership of processes from start to finish.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office; experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP would be a bonus.Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Good business acumen for problem solving.Confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders.Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.What we can offer you:This is an opportunity to expand your knowledge, develop your career and work with state-of-the-art technology in a rapidly growing sector.
