Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) invites applications for the following Tutor post in CMETB's Further Education and Training Services, across centres in County Cavan and County Monaghan.Part Time Tutor of Solar Photovoltaic Systems Implementation/Installations- QQI Level 6Approx 6-12 hours per week commencing September 2025.Modules to include:Photovoltaic cell technologiesSolar PV outputPlanning requirements for Solar PV installationsLegislative and regulatory considerationsMaintenance requirements for Solar PV systemsHealth & Safety requirementsMinimum Level 7 qualification required, preferable in electrical/construction related discipline.
If delivering QQI Level 6 Micro Solar Photovoltaic Systems Installation, applicant must hold QQI Level 6 ( 6N007) award along with a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate/National Craft Certificate- Electrical or equivalent.
