Healthcare Partnership Manager – Chronic Care

We are a global leader in Chronic Care and we are looking for a driven, commercially astute Healthcare Partnership Manager to join our team in Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving growth, building strong partnerships with Healthcare Professionals, and ensuring access to innovative Coloplast solutions that transform patients' lives.
The role
As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will:
Identify and deliver new business opportunities, expanding access to Coloplast's bladder and bowel care solutions.
Build strong partnerships with Healthcare Professionals, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders to shape sustainable care pathways.
Collaborate with the Ireland Leadership Team and cross-functional colleagues to develop impactful, data-driven projects.
Lead on co-creating local care standards and patient pathways, holding specialist knowledge in bowel management.
Deliver campaigns, monitor pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform growth strategies.
Drive education and promotional initiatives to enhance Healthcare Professional understanding and improve patient access to consistent, high-quality care.
This role is field based, with travel across Ireland to meet customer and business needs.
What we're looking for
You are a commercially focused sales professional with a passion for improving patient outcomes.
You combine strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build trust across a wide network of stakeholders.
Essential skills and experience:
Successful experience in sales gained in the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
Strong understanding of the HSE and HSCNI.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong project management and data analysis skills.
Demonstrated success in developing key opinion leaders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
In-depth understanding of bladder and bowel care pathways (or ability to quickly acquire specialist knowledge).
Full driving licence.
