The role:
Our Accounts Payable team are responsible for all invoice & employee expense processing & payment within the EMEA region.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As an AP Specialist, no two days will be the same and you will work in a diverse and dynamic role.
Your main responsibilities will include but not are limited to:
Processing a high-volume Trade Invoices & Employee Expense Reports timely and accurately.
Processing intercompany invoices & non-PO related invoices, ensuring accurate coding & approval for payment.
Ensure transactions are performed in conjunction with company policies & procedures.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and ability to working to tight deadlines.
Reconciling vendor accounts.
Maintain accounts payable aging report & debit balances.
Effectively manage the relationship with both suppliers and internal business partners.
Prepare payment runs.
Assist in the development & continuous improvement of the accounts payable processes and driving automation opportunities.
Drive to improve the Key Performance Indicators in all areas of the Accounts Payable function.
You are:
Highly motivated and proactive
Flexible and adaptable to change
Fluent in English, fluency in additional European languages desirable but not essential
Excellent in communication and organisational skills
Organized and able to manage your time effectively
You have:
Certificationor Degree in Accounting or Business is desirable.
Experience in an Accounts Payable position in a multinational/shared service centre.
Highly motivated business/finance graduates seeking this role as an entry point to a Finance career will also be considered.
Experience interning in a multinational organisation is a bonus.
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience is preferable but not essential.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate & high quality work.
The drive to continuously learn and look for improvements.
