Job Title: Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, including VAT and PAYE/PRSI, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform month-end reporting and collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with other finance duties and reports as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Finance qualification is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desirable Skills:
  • Accounts Payable Management.
  • Accounts Receivable Management.
  • Month End Reporting.
  • Reconciliation and Analysis.
