Role Overview An experienced and results-driven SEO & Content Manager is now required to achieve new levels of digital growth and lead the SEO and content performance marketing roadmap.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to make a real impact on revenue and our brand: driving organic and direct channels using insight and expertise, and influencing and enhancing Visit Trinitys online presence and rankings, particularly for Trinity Trails, the Book of Kells Experience and Summer Accommodation.
We are looking for someone commercially minded who understands how to drive awareness, consideration and conversion to generate bookings using SEO and content.
The role is based in Trinity and is responsible for SEO, blogs, organic social, email newsletters and flows, content creation and digital ad production, to drive high performance and growth across the commercial business areas.

ie Core Responsibilities Lead and own the SEO, email, organic social and content strategy; driving high quality organic and direct traffic, bookings and revenue for improving new visitor acquisition growth and performance, increasing visitor traffic, maintaining consistently high levels of conversion throughout the sales funnel, driving online sales and bookings, and promoting engagement with returning visitors/bookers Consistently raise the bar by comprehensively using data, insight, analysis, expertise and experience to optimise and improve campaigns, building test and learn strategies and identifying marginal gains - continuously optimising and improving the acquisition strategy, and delivering recommendations to provide further efficiencies, ROAS and ROI Work closely with the Marketing and Commercial team to ensure a joined-up online and offline approach, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Trinity Understand tone of voice and branding and its importance across SEO, content, organic social and email for brand stand out, and have an ability to recognise what makes a good or bad image, content or message Manage agency partners and hold them to account on achieving booking, revenue, sales targets and conversion levels across SEO, email and content SEO Develop and implement all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, content, and technical SEO, Increasing search visibility, rankings and digital marketing effectiveness Identity digital growth opportunities and continuously optimise the SEO strategy using keyword and competitor research Drive a technical SEO strategy, recommending and implementing on site and technical updates, and link building campaigns Produce and publish blogs and own the blog calendar Identify PR opportunities to increase SEO and work with the PR Manager to secure backlinks Email Manage the email strategy with our agency partner, driving email attributed revenue Develop and implement lead generation and cross-selling strategies across email Continously build new flows for email marketing Organic Social Develop and own the organic social strategy, scheduling content and constantly reviewing and optimising performance Community manage customer engagement and queries across social, responding to customers, and reposting/resharing where relevant Identity growth areas for organic social channels to drive ongoing performance and build targeted audiences Content Creation Lead content creator and influencer relationships and management, booking and liaising with creators across the annual calendar Own videography, photography and content creation, and produce, edit and deliver high quality content for use across all digital media and ad formats Create content for digital ads (Google, Bing, PMax), paid and organic social, YouTube, website, emails and blogs Constantly review creative across digital ads and the website; updating images and copy to drive better performance, and scheduling shoots and new ad creation where new content is required Experience & Skills Required Minimum 5 years experience in a SEO, digital marketing, ecommerce, performance marketing or digital growth role In-depth knowledge and experience across all digital platforms and clear understanding of how to optimise performance and growth to drive online revenue and sales Experience leading, managing and executing SEO strategies with strong results Confidence owning, developing and creating exceptional SEO, email, content and organic social campaigns, projects and initiatives end to end Experienced in WordPress, SEMRush, Klayvio (or Mailchimp/email equivalent), Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok and YouTube Team player who is collaborative and keen to succeed, and works well building relationships both externally and internally across the business Highly organised: able to prioritise and work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and upbeatattitude - youll work proactively and always keep on top of things in a very dynamic environment Energetic and entrepreneurial, with a reputation for getting things done Skills: Digital Marketing , Communication skills , SEO , Teamwork Benefits: Performance Bonus , Blended working , Bike to work , Pension Fund , Employee Assistance Program
