
Business Development Executive

We are partnering with Arrotek, a leading MedTech engineering company, to hire a Business Development Executive for their growing sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to break into the medical device industry and progress into a Technical Sales role within 6–12 months.The company provides end-to-end medical device development and manufacturing services for the European and US markets, with a strong track record of growth and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential customers through market research, prospecting, and cold calling.Present the company's services and generate interest in MedTech development solutions.Qualify opportunities and schedule high-quality discovery calls.Collaborate with senior sales leads on consultative sales processes from lead generation to closing deals.Partner with marketing to identify relevant networking events and book client meetings.Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding sales territories.Attend client visits in Ireland and across Europe (occasional travel required).
Maintain accurate sales activity records in HubSpot CRM.Learn best-practice sales techniques from senior sales executives.Collaborate with project managers and design engineers on medical device design projects.Key RequirementsDegree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred).2–3 years' experience in a sales role, ideally involving outbound prospecting.High energy, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills.Excellent organisation, research, and multitasking ability.Strong networking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with CRM systems (.
