Executive Chef Role

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the overall kitchen operations in our hotel. This is a great opportunity to lead by example and contribute to the success of our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a chef in hotels or similar establishments, with a focus on delivering exceptional food quality. A qualification in culinary arts is desirable but not essential.

  2. Lead the kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  3. Mentor junior chefs and develop their skills.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall dining experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a chef in hotels or similar establishments.
  • Unrelenting focus on quality.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
  • A personal desire to be developed and to learn in your role.
