As the new Store Manager for Columbia's partner store in Dublin, your mission is to boost sales performance, energize the team, and create an exceptional customer experience.
The store has strong footfall, a prime location, and great products – you'll be a commercially-minded leader who can turn potential into results with the full support of Columbia's retail experts and local leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead a commercially focused store strategy to drive sales and deliver strong customer experience
Coach and develop a team to hit sales targets while maintaining a human, authentic service
Balance customer service, staff development, and operational excellence on a daily basis
React quickly to changes in customer behavior, weather, or business needs
Qualifications and Skills
Commercially sharp with a mindset geared toward results
Experience leading a team on the shop floor in an Irish retail context
Passionate retail professional with a desire to work for a global outdoor brand
Target-driven with a track record of boosting conversion and average basket size
Confident, energetic leader who can coach and challenge the team to improve daily
Ability to multitask and balance customer service, staff development, and operations
Process
Initial interviews with the Talent Acquisition team (Columbia Sportswear)
Shortlisted candidates will meet with the Retail Team for in-depth conversations
Final interview with the local partner and store leadership team
