We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist who deeply understands how search engines crawl, index, and rank content.
You'll play a pivotal role in building a robust technical foundation for our SEO performance, collaborating closely with developers, content teams, and product leads to ensure our web properties are search-friendly, fast, and scalable.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes (crawlability, site speed, redirects, broken links, etc.)Optimize site structure, internal linking, sitemaps, , and canonical tagsOwn schema markup implementation and validate rich result eligibilityWork with engineering on Core Web Vitals, server performance, and JavaScript rendering issuesMonitor crawl budget, log files, indexation status, and identify technical blockersAssist in website migrations, international SEO setup (hreflang), and mobile-first strategiesCollaborate with content and product teams to ensure new pages meet technical SEO best practicesTrack performance using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Sitebulb, and custom scriptsStay up to date with Google algorithm updates and implement preventative or corrective changesKey TraitsProblem-solver with a bias for actionStrong communicator and collaborator with non-technical teamsDetail-oriented with a passion for clean, scalable code and markupCurious, experimental, and data-driven3+ years of experience in technical SEO or web performance rolesProficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they affect rendering and indexingDeep knowledge of Google's ranking signals, schema markup, and structured dataFamiliarity with server-side rendering, CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify), and CDNsExperience using SEO tools: GSC, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel/SheetsUnderstanding of accessibility (WCAG) and mobile UX best practices is a plusNice-to-HavesExperience with international SEO or large-scale enterprise websites.Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.Familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO practices.BonusExperience with automated SEO testing pipelinesExperience in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)Experience with international SEO and e-commerce platforms
