This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within our organisation.Job PurposeWorking with all departments and providing the best possible customer care and administration support.Providing a friendly environment where queries are handled professionally and with confidentiality.All employees are expected to honour the privacy of the resident.Respect for the individuality, dignity, autonomy and empowerment of the resident must underpin all activities and interactions undertaken during the course of their dutiesKey ResponsibilitiesEnsuring that ones personal demeanour, attitudes and interactions are at all times professional in approachPractice and promote Nursing home guidelines on hand washing and Infection Control to protect oneself and othersAdherence to guidelines on Absenteeism Lateness and sicknessJob DescriptionResponsible for the operation of the switch board and redirect calls in a professional and courteous mannerMaintaining an organized officeProficient use of MS office and experience using Strandum an advantageCompleting all the paperwork involved in admitting and discharging ResidentsImputing residents details files to ensure all are up to dateReceiving and recording cash receipts.
