Overview
Our client, a large, global pharmaceutical company, is looking for additional support in their Order Management department.
Responsibilities
Be the primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
High attention to detail as administration tasks are crucial to the role.
Provide customer service through calls and emails while processing orders and completing day-to-day tasks.
Prioritisation and multitasking are essential.
Qualifications
Bilingual Italian speakers with excellent communication skills.
Any kind of previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable but not mandatory.
Can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key.
Process

Details
Salary is €16.41 per hour, for 37.5 hours per week, which is approx.
€32,640 per year (before tax).
Contract will be with CPL. Initially fixed term, but with strong possibility of extension or turning into a permanent role.
You'll be working Monday to Friday, with regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm).
There is a hybrid model in place: 3 days per week from the office in Dublin 22, and 2 days from home.
It is likely you will be full time in the office during the training period.
