We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Working Farm Managerto oversee and manage our fully housed beef finishing unit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about modern farming and livestock performance.
About the Role: You will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our beef enterprise, which is run on a zero-grazing systemwith a strong focus on animal welfare and productivity.
Live weight gains are continuously monitored, and attention to cleanliness and health is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Daily management of beef cattle in a fully housed system Execution of feeding operations using zero-grazing equipment Monitoring of live weight gains and animal performance Maintaining excellent hygiene standards and welfare practices Basic animal health checks and reporting any issues promptly General farm duties, machinery operation, and tractor driving Coordination with the wider Grass Technology team and advisors Requirements: Proven experienceworking with livestock, ideally in a housed beef system Strong attention to welfare, cleanliness, and detail Competent tractor and machinery operator Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Willingness to learn and embrace technology-driven farming systems Working visarequired for non-European applicants What We Offer: Competitive pay negotiable depending on experience Company vehicle providedfor work duties On-site accommodation available Supportive, family-run team environment Opportunity to work with cutting-edge farm systems and equipment Career progression within an innovative and fast-growing agri-engineering company To Apply:Click apply below with your CV and cover letter.
