Our client, a sector agile, mid-market PE fund, is currently looking to hire an Investment Manager to join their Dublin team.
You will work closely with an industry-leading team and play a key part in due diligence and execution of investments.
We are looking to speak to ACA/CFA qualified candidates with circa 5-7 years of experience working in an investment or transaction-based role.
Responsibilities
Playing a key part in due diligence and the execution of investment opportunities
Participate in transactions across a variety of industries
Create research-based industry reports to identify attractive areas of investment opportunity and competitive analysis
Create and present new investment opportunities and ideas along with participating in fundraising presentations and marketing
Lead the creation of financial statements, valuations, returns, and competitive ratios
Evaluate and monitor the ongoing performance of portfolio company investments
Take lead on industry and competitive market research
Requirements
5-10 years Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Transaction experience
Strong transactional experience with multiple products
Exceptional modeling and analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skill
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a strong GPA
Ability to meet tight deadlines
