We are working with a "Top Workplace" tech business outsourcing company who is looking to hire a German speaking Sales Development Representative to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.
Position: Sales Development RepresentativeLocation: Dublin, Republic of Ireland (Hybrid - 3 days in office)Employment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate interest in business solutions through both outbound sales and warm leads from marketing initiativesBecome a product expert, confidently addressing objections, delivering demonstrations, and guiding prospects through the sales cycleIdentify and qualify new business opportunities within the German market through proactive outreachManage a personal pipeline, track sales activities, and maintain accurate CRM recordsCollaborate with cross-functional sales teams to align on goals and optimize processesAchieve and exceed daily KPIs and quota-based targets in a fast-paced sales environmentEngage with prospects across multiple channels including phone, email, and chatCommunicate technical and business value propositions in a clear, compelling mannerHandle multiple tasks and interactions simultaneously while maintaining professionalismSupport additional sales-related tasks and responsibilities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably B2B or telesalesProven success in meeting or exceeding activity targets or sales quotasProficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM/prospecting toolsStrong business acumen and familiarity with organizational structures and decision-making processesExcellent communication skills phone, written, and interpersonalHigh adaptability, self-motivation, and eagerness to grow within a sales environmentAbility to multitask across various platforms and maintain CRM accuracyStrong interest in technology and innovationBachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferredProficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite) and standard business software.
