We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Operational Readiness
to support the planning, implementation, and assurance of operations and maintenance (O&M) systems for new rail and urban transit projects.
The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of expertise in the setup and management of O&M organizations, staff training, and support for commissioning and safety certification phases.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of safety-driven Operational Readiness work streams for new rail systems, aligning with international best practices and local regulatory requirements.
Design and implement training frameworks, including "train-the-trainers" programs, to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer and capacity building for O&M staff.
Support the setup and structuring of O&M organizations, defining operational procedures, resource plans, and performance metrics.
Manage and supervise testing, commissioning, and trial phases, ensuring all operational systems are validated and ready for service.
Contribute to operational risk assessments and safety cases.
Coordinate with stakeholders including system integrators, safety assessors, rolling stock experts, and regulatory bodies to ensure a cohesive readiness process.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of professional experience in configuration management within large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, or safety-critical industries.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office, with at least intermediate skills in Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel as required by business and client needs.
