Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this person will work as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.
The role encompasses delivering an excellent standard of Customer Service and being a part of a team that is Customer Focused, Quality Driven, Collaborative, Ambitious, Innovative and inclusive.Key Responsibilities Order processing, tracking and review for our customers.
Always ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Appropriately deal with queries from Customers, Account Managers, Principals and internal Customers.
Log all queries and complaints in the relevant query management systems and follow up as necessary.
Foster excellent relations with all Customers and promote a professional image of United Drug.
Adhere to all Business Unit processes, procedures, SOPs and Work Instructions.
Work within product guidelines and restrictions.
Contribute to on-going maintenance of Customer and Product databases.
Be responsible for reports/KPIs and internal/external communications as instructed.
Attend all training sessions as required.
Cross Train in other business units as required.
Operate to the highest possible standards during all transactions/engagements both internal and external.
Business administration as necessary within each business unit Key Experience / Skills / Education Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player.
Proven experience in challenging situations using appropriate problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Excellent organization skills with self-motivation.
Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
