Key Competencies:Must be able to work on own initiativePrior car sales experience is essentialDriven and ambitious in meeting targets on a monthly basisStrong communication skills - with customers and internallyFull clean Irish Driver's licenceFranchise experience is desirableMinimum 3 years' car sales experience with a dealerCore Responsibilities:Selling and valuing used carsDeliver exceptional customer serviceQualifying customers' needs and data captureStrong product knowledge on the new car marketMeeting sales targets on a continuous basisProspecting - utilising existing customer databaseBe familiar with the finance processEnsuring all handover documentation is prepared and correctKeep up to date on product details and price changesFollow the internal Sales process *** At this time we do not require the assistance of recruitment agencies***
