We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while also working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking flights, hotels, car hire, rail, and other travel services
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email to provide updates on their travel arrangements
  • Seeking feedback from clients to continually improve our service offering
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus
  • At least 18 months experience in the travel industry, selling package holidays
  • Passion for travel and a strong client focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
