Industrial Water Treatment Technician To assist all Operations in fulfilling responsibilities to our Clients’ as outlined below. Location Travelling between Customer Sites throughout Munster Roles and Responsibilities • Ensuring all customer service needs are met or exceeded. • Conducting on site water analysis / testing and report generation. • Troubleshooting issues on water treatment equipment and associated instruments. • Assisting in site surveys / audits / trials etc as necessary • Helping to drive quick resolution to customer / prospect issues. • Managing customer satisfaction and assist in coordinating support resources where required. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Opportunities to progress to overall account management role is realistic. • Continually demonstrate the company required behaviours around safety, communication and team membership and all other company initiatives. Requirements & Experience • Previous experience working in a Water Treatment Environment, distinct advantage. • Previous experience working in a Trade, highly desirable. • Previous experience in an Engineering / Scientific capacity, desirable. • Proven experience working in a customer/client facing role. • IT Skills, working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Full clean driving licence essential.
