Description

Key Responsibilities

Stay apprised of all relevant developments in their respective Salesforce Cloud and coordinate updates to said Salesforce Cloud accordingly. Lead development efforts on the platform and manage the overall development process from design to deployment. Build configuration-first solutions to solve critical business problems. Design complex technical solutions and integrations. Promote advanced capabilities of the platform such as automation, AI, forms, and workflow. Improve existing complex customizations; reduce technical debt and deficiencies. Provide strategic mentorship on design and architecture and serve as an informal resource for peers with less experience. Proficient with Apex coding / AppExchange / Lightning Aura and LWC’s. Comfortable with UI development using JavaScript / HTML / CSS. Comfortable working with Web Services and Web API including the Salesforce API. Create and manage Journeys / Assets / Automations / Data Extensions. Update system runbooks and other supporting materials, as required. Build and modify a range of reports & dashboards for sectors, markets, marketing, and other key departments. Analyse data and provide fit-for-purpose metrics that are used to support business decisions. Support system enhancement projects by taking responsibility for specific configuration and security-related tasks Implement flows and automation features to improve efficiencies and downstream intelligence Helpdesk management and ticket appraisal and resolution competencies Test, validate, and document all system changes

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline is required Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Knowledge of both Sales and Marketing Cloud Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrate effective communication skills Well-organised, detail-oriented, process-focused individual.
