My client are a prestigious professional services firm based centrally in Dublin 2 who are seeking an experienced  Events Manager  for a 12-month fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible.

This role is pivotal in developing the company's brand and profile both in Ireland and internationally through an extensive client-focused event and sponsorship programme.

The ideal candidate will be  highly motivated, creative, and enthusiastic,  ready to join a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering the firm-wide events calendar to achieve targets and return on investment. Project managing hybrid, in-person, and virtual events to the highest standards. Supporting event communications including writing, editing, reviewing, and issuing communications. Working with internal and external suppliers for the creation and delivery of bespoke event collateral. Developing and delivering on the full suite of event marketing activity including PR, digital, design, email marketing, and advertising. Collaborating closely with marketing and business development teams to support client initiatives. Delivering pragmatic and creative solutions that add real value to the company.

Key Skills and Requirements

At least 2+ years experience  working within a similar corporate events position. Strong Work Ethic:  Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent client service. Continuous Learner:  A growth mindset with a creative problem-solving approach. Collaborator:  Enjoys working with others to achieve the best results.
